Iris Vernici is an industrial enterprise located in Basaluzzo (AL), in
north-western Italy, and operating in paints and coatings
manufacture since 1967.

 

The company's core business is the production of coating specialties
for the building and manufacturing industry. Its major activity is
directed to the domestic and European market.

The current name and company structure were born in 1991 after
takeover of Romano Vernici, a paint manufacturing company of long
tradition in business since 1922.

Since 1994 Iris Vernici is a major shareholder of Six Italia, a leading
company in the Italian market for fire protection and application of
insulating materials in railway carriage construction and shipbuilding.
